We are most attracted to short-term loans with a high rate of return and minimal risk.

We are always concerned about risk and collateral. While we will consider any deal, the safety of our money is always our number one concern.

We can be most helpful for real estate or business bridge loans, accounts receivable factoring, cashflow loans, and loans with hard assets as collateral.

We can do the types of loans banks won't touch for various reasons. And we can move much quicker than banks -- with less paperwork.
