April, 2005
Rick Rahim sells VMC Satellite for $23.3 million to a large public company traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Rick had founded VMC four years earlier and started the company from scratch. He is required to stay on as president for a transition period. After the sale, Rick gains valuable experience as the President of a public company.

January, 2006
Having outperformed his goals as President of VMC Satellite, Rick is able to retire.

March, 2006
Bored beyond belief by retirement, Rick rents a new office, hires a receptionist, and founds BusinessVentures.com with just one employee and no revenue.

April, 2006
Rick develops and launches OnlineBusinessBureau.com.

June, 2006
Rick develops SiteHistory.com and begins the long patent process for its technology.

August, 2006
Rick acquires Animal Nannies of McLean.

January, 2007
Rick opens Virginia Dog Walkers.

January, 2008
Rick acquires The Doggie Walkers in Northern VA.

Rick acquires Alternative Pet Care in Burke, VA

Stone Ambulance opens Station #2 in Chesapeake, VA.

Rick opens Extreme Laser Tag in Colonial Heights, VA.

Rick will open another Laser Xtreme store in Fairview Park, OH. The store is currently under construction and will be our second in the Cleveland market.

March, 2012
Rick will open another Extreme Laser Tag store in Pennington, NJ. The store is currently under construction and will be our ninth laser tag facility.
