Rick has assembled a talented team of website developers and software engineers that work full time at the company's corporate headquarters. This capable team builds and maintains the backend systems which enable our companies to be operated with efficiency and accuracy unrivaled by other companies our size.

Our businesses have reached a level of automation rarely seen. Because of this sophistication, we are able to fine-tune and adjust each business in realtime -- resulting in greater profitability and flexibility.

On occasion, we are willing to build automated systems and software packages for other companies. We most recently developed a complete CRM System from the ground up for a client. In 2009, we sold the proprietary system for six figures to Lojack, a publicly traded company (LOJN - NASDAQ).
